What does AI Document Check actually do?
Once you have uploaded your documents, a paid, per-case analysis extracts key details, flags possible inconsistencies across the documents, and lists records worth verifying further. It is informational only — never a legal opinion, title clearance, or a guarantee that a property is dispute-free.
How much does AI Document Check cost, and what if it fails?
The fee is shown up front before you pay, charged once per case regardless of how many documents you upload. If the analysis fails for a technical reason, you can retry it at no extra charge — you are never asked to pay twice for the same case.
Is a poor-quality scan going to waste my paid analysis?
No. Every upload is checked for readability for free, before payment. A blurry or unreadable scan is flagged straight away so you can retake it — the paid analysis only runs once your documents are actually readable.
What is the difference between the free opinion and Lawyer Review?
Get a Free Legal Opinion sends your case summary to a Bar Council-verified property lawyer, who calls you back at no cost. Lawyer Review is a separate, paid, structured review of your actual documents by an independent lawyer — you can request either, or both.
